Madame Vy was born from a simple but deeply held belief: the best Vietnamese food isn't found in a restaurant — it's found at your grandmother's table. Named in honour of the women who have kept Vietnamese culinary tradition alive through family kitchens across Vietnam and the world, Madame Vy brings that same warmth and craft to the heart of Surbiton. Our home cooking sets — caramelised pork, lemongrass fish, soy-braised chicken — are the heart of what we do.
Alongside the kitchen, our cocktail bar draws on the flavours of Saigon: tamarind, lychee, lemongrass, Vietnamese iced coffee. Come for phở, stay for the Saigon Sour for a Vietnamese twist.
